Who sells
The digital books on kalki.nexus are sold by KALKI DRIM MAGAZIN S.R.L., registered office at 57F Măgura Street, Focșani, Vrancea County, Romania, Trade Register no. J39/335/2020, VAT no. RO42565965. The author of the books is Alin Dragoș.
What you buy
You buy a book in PDF format, for personal use. Copyright remains with the author: you may not copy, sell or publish the book, in whole or in part, without the author's written consent. You may quote short passages, with attribution.
Price and payment
Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT; your bank or card issuer converts the amount into your currency. Payment is made online, by card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The invoice is issued to the name and e-mail address entered at checkout.
Delivery
The book is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed, through a download link shown on the thank-you page. The link remains valid for your payment.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if, before paying, you expressly agreed that delivery should begin at once and confirmed that you know you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (art. 16 (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Romania by GEO 34/2014). You give this consent by ticking the box next to the buy button. If the file you receive does not open or is incomplete, write to us and we will replace it or refund you.
Complaints
For any problem, write to us on the Kalki Nexus Facebook page (facebook.com/kalkinexus). We reply within 3 working days at most. You also have the right to contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or an alternative dispute resolution body, as provided by law.
